These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and MCJ AI Pty (Ltd), a company registered in South Africa. By using our nutrition assistant app Tyler ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.

Tyler provides nutritional guidance based on artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy:

1. All nutritional advice and calculations are suggestions only and should be verified with a registered healthcare professional

2. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

3. AI systems can make mistakes or provide inaccurate information

4. Always consult your healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine

Required Personal Health Information

To provide personalized nutritional guidance, we require certain health information:

1. Health Conditions: Both chronic and temporary conditions that may affect:

   • Exercise limitations

Who Can Use Tyler

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use Tyler independently

2. If you're between 13 and 18, you need parent or guardian permission

3. You must provide accurate information during registration

4. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure

Camera Permission

The Service requires camera access to:

1. Scan food items for nutritional information

2. Capture weight measurements

3. Record waist measurements

4. Photograph meal portions

5. Take pictures of food labels

You can control camera permissions through your device settings.

Your Content and Data

1. You own the information you provide to Tyler

2. You grant us permission to use your information to:

   • Provide nutritional guidance

   • Calculate personalized recommendations

   • Improve our services

   • Ensure safety and accuracy

3. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide

Service Limitations

1. Nutritional calculations and recommendations are estimates

2. The Service cannot:

   • Diagnose medical conditions

   • Replace professional medical advice

   • Guarantee weight loss or health outcomes

3. Results may vary based on individual factors

Changes to Service

We may update the Service or these Terms to:

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

4. Your account is inactive for over one year

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months or $50, whichever is greater.
